- They slandered me and wanted to impose an unjust fine even though I didn't smoke in the room. When I refused, they threatened me and said they would file a complaint. I said I would file a counter complaint. - They didn't deliver an invoice even though I requested one - There were bugs crawling around the lobby and corridors. There were also dead cockroaches - My room hadn't been cleaned. There were hairs and used toilet paper everywhere. The room (including the bed) was filthy! - Breakfast items and forks/spoons were dirty. They served blackened (probably spoiled) eggs - The staff didn't want to talk to me at all. They didn't even have the decency to look at my face. They were indifferent and disrespectful. They either didn't answer my questions at all or gave evasive answers - Due to its location, there wasn't a single person who spoke English, the international common language. All communication had to be done via Google Translate In short, I was not satisfied at all. It was a completely disappointing hotel experience. I hope those who see this message will never choose this hotel again. I have never stayed in such a terrible and disrespectful hotel before!
