Very disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be prestigious. This was my first time encountering such poor service. That night it was extremely cold, and the heating in our room was not working. Despite informing the staff, no one responded and no solution was offered, even though the outside temperature was –5°C. Completely unacceptable for a hotel with such a big name. Truly disappointing.

The hotel has large rooms and comfortable beds. Nice pool and great sauna. Showers should be better in the Spa and more sunbeds. Otherwise, the lobby is quite spacious and has a nice bar / restaurant to relax with a drink and some snacks. The advantage of the hotel is the large parking lot in front of the building, which allows you to park for free without a reservation. I have to emphasize the staff is the best part of the whole story when visiting this hotel. They are very accommodating and help you with absolutely everything. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them, because they all turned our stay into a nice experience, even though it didn't start out that way since we froze the first night.
