This was my first time staying at a hotel without a reception — everything from check-in to room access was done online. It was quite an interesting experience! Complimentary coffee and water were available, which was a nice touch. The hotel is close to the city center, and there’s a really great restaurant right next to it — definitely worth trying!

Everything was very clean. I would rate it higher but it’s way overpriced. However, it seems hotels are just expensive in Switzerland!
