There was construction on the outside of the building with ropes going in front of the balcony. It was impossible to enjoy the balcony and beach view due to extensive concrete dust and loud noise. Workers requested I leave the balcony one morning. Usually like to have breakfast on the balcony while enjoying view, weather, atmosphere. Unable to do this and in the evening, the ropes obstructed the view and so much concrete dust covering everything, it was impossible to use the balcony. Also one pool and hot tub was closed limiting the availability. Was not informed of construction until after I had booked the room
